Cool Gadgets

Cool GadgetsWhile walking out in the street, you may find some stranger carrying some fancy gadget and ofcourse it got your attraction. Both men and women look forward to check out the latest gadgets available in market. I intent to introduce some of the best tech gadgets you can ever lay your hands upon and these are said to be “the coolest gadgets of 2009”.

Video Phone for Deaf

It's nice to see a well-designed device that also addresses problems that many of us

will never have to deal with, like being deaf. This wireless touchscreen videophone from Viable is a fully functioning videophone that also happens to have been designed by a deaf person. In fact, Viable is a deaf-

owned company whose tablet-sized VPAD+ gives instant access to ViableVRS, a video-based telephone interpreting service that allows the user to use sign language with a skilled intermediary who then relays the phone conversation. The VPAD+ uses flashing LED lights for alerts and has Bluetooth connectivity as well as dual USB ports and A/V in/outs.

Exergaming

With the incredible success of the Wii Fit, we expected to see some more forays into exercise gaming(Exergaming) at this year. One of the first products

to catch our eye was the jOG from New Concept Gaming. This motion sensing controller, which consists of a pedometer that clips onto your belt and also plugs right into your Wiimote, lets you control gameplay onscreen by jogging, all while counting the steps you take. Once connected, no matter what game it is that you’re playing, you’ll need to be moving your legs as if you were running or jogging. If you stop, then your character within the game (for example, if you were playing Shrek) stops moving… thus you die - that’s no fun! It may not sound very fun, but for those who really need the exercise will bound to shred loads of jOG also has a pedometer attached so it counts how many steps you’ve done, I’m pretty sure you’d be amazed how many steps will have been taken in order to play a few minutes of Wii.

Mutton Kheema

Today I have prepared one of my favorite Non vegetarian recipe - Mutton Kheema. Since I don't know how to prepare(haha), somehow I managed to get it. In the End it was awesome. I didn't expected that much too(LOL). I wanna to share this experience.

Things to get:
Mutton finely chopped for Kheema - 250gm
Tomato - 1 nos.
Onion - 1 nos.
Ginger Garlic Paste.
Chilli Powder.
Coriander Powder.
Salt.
Oil or Ghee.

Before We Start:
Cut onions into fine pieces.
Smash the tomatos.
Clean the mutton with fresh water.

Here you go:
Add 1 spoon of oil in pan and allow it to heat in low flame.
Now, add the onions and ginger garlic paste. Fry these and make sure the raw smell of onions are gone.(Prob in 5 min's)
Add the grinded tomato mix to it. Leave it for 5 more min's.
Bring the Mutton Kheema and add it to the mixture. Add half glass of water.
Here come the masala's --> add 2 spn of Chilli powder, 1 spn of coriander powder. Salt as per your wish.
Cook the mixture for 15-20min's. Hopefully by this time mutton cooked well. If you have mint leaves split when you bring down.

Hot Kheema is ready to serve. Kheema will go with Rice/Rotti/Chappathi.
